This is simply a separation of the toilet paper dispenser from the Discover University stalls, for use in public restrooms where you can't fit a stall.
Perhaps not the most exciting thing to download, but the lack of public restroom-style toilet paper dispensers in The Sims games has always been kind of odd. When Discover University came out and they had one in the stalls, I knew it was something that just needed to be separated. However, due to being a newbie at modding, this did not happen until now.

This is a 3D model of an ancient Greek vase (skyphos) that's art depicts a Dionysian party (for lack of a better term). It is perfect for museums or wherever you wish to put it.

Description: Sculpted by Robert Weigl, this sculpture depicts the great composer Ludwig van Beethoven, who bridged the gap between Classicism and Romanticism in music and set a high standard with the complexity and creativity with his symphonies that has inspired composers ever since. Although, later in his short life, when his hearing had left him, his compositions became a bit more avant garde. He is also monumental for bringing the career of composition away from under the employment of nobility.
This particular sculpture dates from 1910, and is currently placed in Heiligenstadter Park, Vienna.
(I'm a musicologist in training, so I'm very happy to bring this! I wish sculptures of earlier composers were more available.)
The excellent free 3D model of this sculpture comes from noe-3d.at @ SketchFab. As one might expect, this is a high poly object. Download if you feel your PC can handle it.

Today, I'm excited to bring a sculpture of Martin Luther King Jr. (This sculpture is only three years old, so I left the shininess on. If anyone thinks it's too much, let me know, but I consider this complete enough to release).
Description:
Fortunately, The Sims does not have the racism issues that the real world does. However, that does not mean that we should not be able to celebrate great civil rights leaders in the game. This sculpture of the late great Martin Luther King Jr. was sculpted by Martin Dawe, and resides at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta, Georgia. Free 3D model from guevarator @ SketchFab. This is a high poly object, as is usual with sculptures. However, the original is lower poly than the other statues I've worked with, so you'll find that this sculpture was already optimized lower and thus looks really good in the game.

Description: EA/Maxis may not acknowledge the existence of woodwind and brass instruments, but that doesn't mean we still can't have them in some form.
(Yes, that's sass. Twenty years of The Sims, and we have never had a playable wind instrument aside from the snake charmer instrument, which the game only really sees as a gimmick for the snake charming thing. It's really not right.)
I labeled this Wind Ensemble because I hope to make a series out of this and upload some more instruments. However, that is determined by free models available and my ability to make stands for them (if it's needed), so do not count on it too much.
As always, high poly warning, but very much so. There was no way to bring the polys down on this one any further without really deforming it (with my ability level, anyway).
Stand model made by me. It's not much, but it gets the job done.

You all, I'm so happy to release this. Bassoon is one of my main instruments, and my high school self would have lost her mind knowing that someday I would mod a bassoon into a The Sims series game. Lol.
Description: This standard low member of the double reed family is known for its solo at the beginning of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring and its role in Dukas' The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
This model is, as per usual, high poly, BUT the original bassoon mesh (credited below) is stylized and low poly already (by non-The Sims standards), so this model looks amazing in the game and I'm so happy. With the flute, there were concessions, but this one looks great!
Bassoon stand model made by me. As with the flute stand, it's nothing amazing, but it gets the job done.

*squeals* I'm beyond happy to release this one. I noted that bassoon is one of my mains, oboe is my main main.
This was truly a labor of love, as the model came with no textures and no reed. I had to create both. I'm super new to texturing and modeling, so I'm happy with how it came out.
Description:
The most beautiful instrument ever. Seriously, if you aren't convinced take a listen to Marcel Ponseele's performance of the Adagio movement from Marcello's Oboe Concerto in D Minor.
Since this is a forum, I'll provide a link to that recording. This model is, as per usual, high poly. Thankfully, like the bassoon, reducing the poly counts spared a lot of the details. Here it's going to look like I'm biased to my instruments, but in all honesty, that's just how it worked out, beyond my control. As stated above, texturing, reed model, and stand model by me. (I had fun creating the reed! The different swatches will give you a few different reed thread colors. =) )

Sorry for the several day wait. I needed a little break!
Here's the first brass instrument, the trumpet! Don't worry, I'm not necessarily done with woodwinds, yet. I'd really like to get a saxophone and clarinet done as well. (Would love English horn and bass clarinet, as well, but I've never seen a model for either of them).
Description: The standard highest member of the brass family, this instrument is very versatile, from classical to jazz to pop/rock.
High poly as usual. However, fortunately like the bassoon and oboe, this one turned out pretty well in the game. But sadly if I decimate it anymore it completely deforms.
Stand by me. Nothing special there, it's just a slightly edited version of the flute/oboe stand. Lol.

Seeing as the Ancient Greek Attic Skyphos was a hit, I decided to upload another Ancient Greek item.
(BTW, I am aware of that the Attic Skyphos is really large. I want to fix that and resize it.) This item should be scaled fine (it is enlarged for this shot).
Description:
This Red-Figure Kylix dates from approximately 490-480 BCE. It depicts Thetis receiving Achilles' weapon from Hephaestus.
The creator of this item has a license which states not to modify this object. So please, no recoloring or anything of the like.
It is still high-poly, but lower poly than the vast majority of my other releases.

Description:
The trombone is the tenor member of the brass family. Like the trumpet, it is quite versatile, featured in classical, jazz, and pop/rock. It is known a lot for the "sad trombone" sound effect as well as the famous theme from Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries.
High poly, but a bit less high poly than the other instruments, fortunately!
(The bell has a funny non-smooth reflection in one area, as seen in the photo. I hope that's okay. I restarted this one a couple of times trying to see if I did something wrong, but it always turned out the same.)

Description:The horn (sometimes called the 'French Horn') is a complicated instrument, if you can't tell from all of those tubes! It is considered the most difficult of the brass instruments. The instrument is really beautiful when played well.High poly, as per usual. Really surprised this one held together when its polys were reduced!

I've been sitting on this one for a while. Mainly because it doesn't reduce in poly well like the other instruments' models (save for the flute) have. I just wasn't satisfied with it down to the level of the others, but I couldn't not release a saxophone.
Warning: This is more High Poly than my previous uploads. Around 15K poly as opposed to 10K like most of my other uploads.
Description: One of the most well-known of the woodwind instruments. It owes that to its versatility in pop music, from jazz to rock.
