WCIF/Request - Hair that looks like this!

So I've been trying to make some sims based off of people, and none of the CC hair anywhere looks like this hair, I can't find anything close to it, does anybody know either where I could start looking, where I could find hair like this or if anyone would even be kind enough to make hair that looks like this?
