Sims game not loading..

So, I have uploaded vampires, backyard, kids pack, and movies; along with bunch of cc. And now when i open the game it takes forever to load, it strays on the sims 4 screen when it first opens. I have tried repair game and updates as well, nothing. I have no idea what to do. I do have loads of screen caps, and pictures on my pc. I am planning on getting an external hard drive to save them and remove them from my pc. Should this help the problem?

Any advice will be appreciated, i want to be able to play the game.
