SIM Mod Request (Easy one?)

Hello all you brilliant modders! First post ever in a SIMS forum, so if I sound like I'm outa my mind, please bear with me.

I would like to request a Playable sim (CAS?) for an old favorite game of mine. This character is, basically, nothing more than a floating skull. Now, I've Found a skull (presently as a shelf item) and found that if I enlarge it once it is just about right. I also found, at ModTheSims (I think) a person who had created a sort of small flying dragon which hovered via the Eyeglasses icon in CAS. I also noticed that there are Invisible skins to make SIMS, well, invisible. (Sorry).

I am wondering if it wouldn't be terribly hard for someone, Unlike myself, who knows what the devil they are doing, to maybe Combine all of the above into a floating skull I could then name, assign attributes for and play. I know it would be a little off, I guess, as this would really be riding off the shoulder of the "Invisible" character, but that is a non issue with me. I have all my other sims made (almost) from the old game in question, but this single one is giving me fits.

If anyone is willing to make this for me so I can DL it (to tray, or mods? I guess it could go either way) PLEASE let me know.
