I there, I was wondering if there was any way we could modify the nanny criteria so that there is the possibility to ask for a family member to watch the kids, or a friend or a neighbor. Kind of like we can choose to hire a friend as a mixologist of caterer for a party, we could choose who we want as a nanny for the day. That way, grandparents, uncles and aunts can take care of the kids making it easier to build a relationship, particularly for toddlers who don't like to talk to "stangers".
