mod for "stuffed" moodlet?

hi - this might be a kind of weird request, but i tried to do it myself and xml editing is beyond me at the moment. i want something like the "stuffed" moodlet. there doesn't seem to be one out there, and i thought i might be able to edit the festival overeating buffs  but.... at the very least, if someone could help edit those particular buffs to include the foodie trait as a flag that'd be great.
