CC Request - Can someone convert this jacket for females?

Hello! Can someone make a proper conversion of this City Living Jacket/sweater for females? I know that females can wear this jacket but it looks so bad when they do, a lot of male clothing looks off when females wear them and vice versa. Mostly because EA didn't bother to make sure that clothing's mesh would look ok when the other gender wore them. I don't have experience with meshes and would greatly appreciate the help.
