Can someone make the Vocaloid Galaco's hair?

Is there anyone who can make hair at least somewhat similar to this girl's hair? It doesn't have to look like a perfect replica of her hair, it just has to be long, blonde on her right, brunette on her left, and have the pink, blue, and yellow streaks on the left side of her bangs.
