Request: Can anyone create a spanking mod as a punishment?

I hope one day someone can create a spanking mod for unruly kids and toddlers. Maybe even teenagers. I have seen amazing creations and was wondering why no one ever thought of this. I know not everyone will agree with me, but I'm sure people who believe in corporal punishment will want this.
