Modding Request: Hair conversion from Ninja Ripper's .rip's

Hello. I would like to request a hair conversion from Ninja Ripper's .rip's files. I have tried to make it myself but it doesn't appear on sim's head in CAS. S4S displays it properly though. Not sure what I did wrong so I am placing this request here.

.blend out of imported .obj's and .rip's itselves
