Not really sure if this applies to any officially added clothing.

I used the batch fix, but my Vampire is still showering with outfits. Even looking for the dress in the CCs and manually disabling the shower option, did not fix it. Also, I'm using Studio version 3.0.1.1, is there an actual need to update to the latest version? And if so, how do I best go about it? Should I completely uninstall the previous version or? Thank you very much.

Actually, I just realized the dress my Sim is showering with, isn't a CC...in case anyone has any ideas how to fix it. Also, thank you, but your reply doesn't exactly answer my questions. Should I completely remove the old version first? Sorry to be persistent, but I don't wanna mess up my CC.

You don't need to uninstall Studio to install a new version. The new version will take care of all that for you.
Also, the first link there has a thread where someone is posting erroneous information about Studio's batch-fix. For example, this person is saying Studio's batch-fix backup files are broken but those are just a direct copy of the files before Studio starts changing files (it makes no changes to them so it cannot break them). So I'd take anything there with a grain of salt because it doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about :P
If your Sims are showering with EA clothes on, remove all CC from your Mods folder and see if they still do it. If they do, this is a bug with the game that you are best off reporting to EA so they can fix it in the next patch. Studio's batch-fixer just tags incorrectly tagged CC. It cannot fix a bug with the game.

I saw other posts where people's sims are showering with EA clothes despite all mods removed, it seems pretty common so it's hard to believe EA doesn't know about it. However, I tried using MCCC and clean the outfit, which resulted in my Sim losing her entire body with just head and feet remaining.
