permission to allow converting, anyone willing to?

I recently asked them on tumblr if they would convert or allow them to converted and they said so long as it wasn't her mesh 100% from scratch like the head phones the naruto stuff could be converted. I don't how converting works but if its perhaps easier then creating the mesh themselves I thought this might be an easier way to get existing made items for my project
