i just want to know if there is any mods out there that can make sims 4 more difficult. harder to get a promotion or it takes more time to build skills up.

I don't know about harder promotion but if you don't have it take a look at Mc Commander Center modthesims.info/download.php?t=551680 there is a setting for higher bills and a setting for skill progression ( you can change how fast or slow you get skills) |
