The Sims 2 Conversions

Hi,

I have spent high and low searching for a very long time for TS2 to TS4 conversions and came across The Sims 4 Studio website. 

I am trying to enhance my Sims 4 game (especially the Business side of it) with items from The Sims 2 Open For Business however I have had little success finding anything. 

I will be honest I know little about converting, CC or any of the behind the scenes work that goes into converting items from previous games, however I have basic understanding that most items can be converted?

I am looking for the following items:

The craftable flowers that could be made at the flower arranging bench, and the display units.





Still on the theme of retail, I have found a few H&M conversions such as the table with the folded clothes on and the wall displays (the one with the red top on on the wall pictured below) however I am looking for any signage (hanging signs with Sims on and H&M logos), lighting, clothing rails and mannequins that came with the game:



Lastly I am on the hunt for maxis Lighting conversions, especially the ones like these..



 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
