I am making a machinima, and one of the characters has lung cancer. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make this for me... It's basically a tube with a red "cap" and some cloth pressed behind it. The cap isn't shown in the picture, but it's typically there. It also leaks, if anyone wants to add colored drool, but I know that's gross and asking for a little much. I'd really appreciate it if someone can make this little detail. I don't know if it's a tube, actually. It might just be the plastic and a way to tie it around the neck, as well as the cloth to soak up anything you consume so it doesn't leak out. My dad has to wear one of these, but I don't remember what it looks like separated. I think there is a tiny tube inside. This is his: i.imgur.com/VBKFH3U.jpg |

It's called a trach tie,or trach tube holder.The actual tube is usually attached to a machine,not the collar.

I was 9 when my father had to start using one of those. Nobody actually explained to me what it's called or how it's used. I just know that it is used by people with lung cancer, and it DOES have a small tube, so technically the question title isn't wrong. |
