mastertrapani , it means that top under your coat-accessory have hanging out parts. How to explain it? Game will merge two meshes - top and your coat-accessory in one. If top has, for example, wide chest, high sholders, or long/wide sleeves - it will be seen above your coat-accessory. Try to change your mesh a little, but you just can't adjust your mesh for all tops. I tried to write a tutorial on this topic not so long ago, but got stuck exactly because of this problem.

The issue you're having, as 13whitemice is telling you, is due to the mesh being too close to the body. By default, this coat used to be a standalone top. It didn't have anything below, no body skin. Therefore, nothing was clipping. But now it does, it has all type of clothing below it causing it to clip. Your best option to modify the shape of the coat in blender (make it wider on the Y coordinate) or state in the download post that it should be only used with painted into the skin type of tops.
