Modding Request Resizing Toskami Accessories for Toddlers

Hi, I'm looking for someone to resize several files for me.  All are from Toskami and she has given permission for them to be resized since she is not interested in doing it.  I'd like them all shrunk down to fit toddlers if possible. I'm providing links to her downloads that I'd like done.

PS If this is not a hard thing to do on my own? and someone knows of a good tutorial for someone who has never done any modding on her own I would be interested in a link to it. I have a real life toddler of my own so I don't get a lot of free time to play let alone trying to mod!
