Modding Request: Making Simoleans off Wellness Skill

(This could also be considered a Modding Project. I'm curious to know how difficult it would be to learn everything I'd need to take on this undertaking.)
I believe this request is a relatively simple one (though I'm not certain if it is or isn't, technically speaking.) I want my sim to be able to make money off her wellness skill by being able to offer massages for simoleans, and teach a yoga and/or meditation class. These concepts are already in the game, your sim just can't do them themselves.
For the foot/hand/table massages, your sim would be compensated at the end of the massage based off the massage's value (that you'd pay for if you asked a masseuse sim), times your wellness skill divided by 10. Your sim wouldn't be compensated for household sims, or sims that have just gotten a massage, to keep things fair. No reason to complicate things by deducting the money from the customer's household funds, I'm aiming/asking for an elegant simplicity. For the yoga/meditation class, at wellness level 7 or so, they could start a class, calling over nearby sims to use nearby yoga mats/meditation stools. You'd get compensation depending on how many sims participate. Perhaps a hundred simoleans per sim, again multiplied by your wellness skill divided by 10.
That's basically it. It's all you'd need to open your own spa, wellness center, a spiritual temple, start an impromptu street yoga class, whatever your sim wants. I have no idea how complicated or simple such a project would be for someone like myself with absolutely no modding knowledge, but if an experienced modder thinks I could do it in a day or two, I wouldn't be offended if you let me know. Otherwise, if you'd like to take on the task, I think a lot of players would appreciate the expansion to their game.
