WCIF/Request Base Game Mesh Needed

Several mods that I have downloaded have broken as of the Dec. 1st patch. (Wearers have invisible bottom halves.) They were all Maxis recolors and I believe the initial item was based on the base game default male underwear.  My theory is that the patch changed the mesh of the base game underwear.  I would like to know where I can download the original mesh of the underwear, so that I can place it in the mods folder, in hopes of fixing all other broken mods.  If they original mod can not be found, is there a way to create one that could resolve this issue?
