WCIF/Modding Request: Spooky Stuff Pack Dress Code?

Hello!
So I've been looking about and couldn't seem to find anything like it, so:
Would it be possible to make a mod to have the Spooky Stuff Pack party wear/dress code for one of the Dine Out dress codes (like when you can choose to have formal, and swimwear, party, etc)? I would absolutely love to create a spooky restaurant and it would make it absolutely perfect if people showed up in Halloween/Spooky costumes. : D ❤❤❤
If there's something already out there; I would love to be pointed towards it. : ) ❤
