TS4 Faster Game Development Request

Hi ya Guys wont it be Cool if Somebody could create a Mod witch will make PC Related things run Faster and Get Complete faster  like Game Development takes 3 to 4 days Books take about 1 to 2 days can Somebody Make them faster getting Sleepy of waiting for game to be Completed Then we can Finally Release more Games   maybe a Smoking mod would be Nice 2   Thanks SO MUCH
