 Maybe for casual screenshots the skills new effects thing aren't an issue but for video taking these things are horrid. I already made peace with the DJ icon never disappearing but this is unbearable. I dont really foresee EA changing this either . Is there a way someone can mod these above head effects to be invisible for us ridiculous story tellers :( |

Yes, those new Headline Effects.....  ....ha! °You can select - "Generic", for a Custom Community Lot and leave the, "Traits", Blank. No whacky Headline Effects but the Drawback is that when your Sim/s visit the Lot, they will have to Hire a Bartender/Food Stand Employee...etc;. °Apartments - i've been selecting, "Private", with no Traits...slowly' Testing the different Traits...kind of Buggy. |

I suppose the cheat for headline effect didn't did the trick?

I suppose the cheat for headline effect didn't did the trick? (bb.headlineeffects off) The Cheat is now - headlineeffects off, (No more bb.) and you can also try hovereffects off. (Updates always whack out the Cheat Codes....haha!) |

This mod by cinderellimouse does the trick : Hide Lot Trait Effects . It is a simple mod which just removes the fx. |
