Build Item Request - Korean styled Windows and Doors

Hi there,
I'm totally into building these days and also have some projects concerning co called Hanoks (traditional korean styled houses), tho I'm quite dissatisfied with all the widows and doors the basegame and expansion packs are delivering, plus I haven't found any cc meshes, which would've convinced me so far.
So I was wondering, if anyone here would like to creat some window and door meshes, f.e. like in the picture below. I really would like some nice wood textures in different color shades (f.e. like shown in the picture, natural oak, mahagony, natural beech, ect.) and if possible with "normal transparent glass" and "non-transparent paper glass", like it's more or less common for traditional asian windows (see last picture below). And different sizes would be nice, too.
