Simmer Toskami needs help

Hello everybody. Dear moderators, I hope it's okay to re-post somebody's post about asking for help. Simmer Toskami is 17 y.o and needs some help. More people see, more people can help. Personally I was in very difficult financial situation 6 years ago, alone in foreign country with $30 in my pocket. It's terrifying. Can't imagine how difficult it can be for such a young person.
