Without wanting to sound snarky: You could try looking for it on google. blender.org really is the first link that comes up, when simply searching for "blender".

Sorry. I had googled "Sims 4 Blender" because I thought I needed something specifically for Sims 4. I've played for years but I've just now began to try to make my own custom content, so I'm pretty new to all of this.
