Modding Request: Mesh Edit Dress

Would anyone be willing to mesh edit the Celebrations fancy dress so that it has the base game basic crew sweater neckline and sleeves? I would be so grateful.



Where should the top end and the dress begin? Or vice versa? Wherever is easiest for you, but my preference is for a looser garment.
