Tv Studio objects request

Hello,

So, i love creating Tv studio/sets and would a few objects made if at all possible, I truly appreciate all the makers and creators out there for all your hard work and would love it if someone would be willing to make any of the items listed below? thanks in advance

AUDIENCE SEATING
i'd love to place some seating opposite my sets to give the impression of where the audience would sit. Ideally the seating would be made in 3 sections (end piece, middle and opposite end piece) this way i can play with the width of seating and be able to create different lengths of banks. - Colour/style doesn't really matter as long as it had railings up and down the sides





TV STUDIO SIGNS
To make my studio even more realistic it would be great to have some signage around the studio. Here are some ideas from the pictures below
