Realistic birthing pose animated?

Hi everyone, 

Someone created a birth animation in Sims 3 where the mother can give birth while lying on the bed.  It is also animated:

Does anybody know if there is a similar pose like this for the Sims 4, or would anybody be willing to create one? (I am aware the artist ConceptDesign has already created a pose when the sims lie down, but I'm hoping for an animated one)
