Perhaps I'm being daft (which is very likely), but I'm attempting to create a new tattoo for my sims, and I don't want to use one of the tattoo templates because I'd have to completely remove the existing tattoo design and add my own...
How can I create a tattoo to just put on, say an arm, but without using one of the tat templates? Is it even possible?
Ah, also, just in case it's not possible, which is the left and right on those skin templates?
Thanks in advance

I would just follow this tutorial by MisterS and finding the difference between left and right is pretty simple, but you can always hover over the icon and look for Lt (left) or Rt (right) in the name of the cas item.

Actually, nothing pops up when I hover over it...how on earth did you get it to do that?
Can you just tell me which is R/L? Like, is the left arm on the left in the template or....?
Nothing I do tells me which is which. Is it obvious and I'm just being an idiot?
