Travel Trailer---like all in one bathroom--PLEASE READ

I have this travel trailer mesh up in Blender and I kind of understand how to clone a tent and blah blah to make it work like a tent, HOWEVER, Ideally, I would like to recreate the "all in one bathroom" so that when you click on the travel trailer it gives you bed options, bathroom options, refrigerator options (but not cooking because that could be dangerous lol) and dresser options I will probably add more if someone could help me figure this out please.
