It looks fine but once I get into CAS it's nowhere near the ear.

Hi clubpenguin, Your earring is assigned to the wrong joint. Go into Edit Mode, click solid shading, type n on your keyboard to bring up the side-bar menu if it isn't already there, put a check in the box next to Show Weights, and then click the little inverted triangle as shown below: Zoom in on your earring with b__Head selected in the Vertex Groups box and you will notice your mesh is blue. This means it is not assigned to the head joint at all but it needs to be. To assign it to that joint click the Assign button right below the Vertex Groups box. You will see the mesh turn bright red which is what you want. Next click on the b__R_UpperArm joint. You will see your mesh stays bright red indicating 100% assignment to this joint. It should have 0% assignment. To remove the unneeded assignment to this joint click the Remove button that is right next to the Assign button.
