Modding request: Male long hair

Hi! Thanks a lot just for reading this

I'm creating a sim story and I would love one of them to have a certain hair, but I can't find a similar one. I don't know how to create hairs myself so the only way is through asking. I don't know if one like this already exists, so if it does I'd be grateful if someone pointed me that way. And if it's not, I'd be even more grateful if someone could do it (if you want and have time, of course). Without much ado, here's the hair:
