The bottom of your sofa is mapped between two bits of texture. I would suggest you decrease the size of your texture. Right now it's 1024x1024 and half of it is empty space. You have same parts mapped separately, you could easily get away with mapping both cushions, or both handles on top of one another. Lastly, I advise you decimate your mesh because right now it sits on 27k poly and that's A LOT for a single piece of furniture. Also, what did you clone off of? Your mesh has 3 mesh groups, one of which is empty.

I just used illumination sofa of ea. You mean i need to lower the polycount? I really dont know how to do that. Is there a tutorial for it?

You're not "supposed to" decrease your texture in size, but if it's on the large side, and half of it is unused, you may as well because it'll decrease your file in size. You would need to post your updated .package, or an image, for us to see if it's fixed now.
You can decrease the poly count by using the Decimate modifier.
I just cloned off of the sofa you mentioned and it only has 2 meshgroups. So I suggest you merge s4studio_mesh_1 and s4studio_mesh_2 in your .blend file so it's called s4studio_mesh_1 (with a cut number 1).

Like j said a 27 k poly is way way to big, an EA sofa is about 1400. Models from 3d sites are not meant to be used for pc games.

I see but when i auto decimate, its shape gets damaged. And I think i used a custom content to clone it. That is why has 2 mesh groups. I go back clone it from ea sofa.

You cant decimate a 27k poly mesh. They are made in 3d programs like maya or 3ds max and have smoothing modifiers on them that cannot be undone. They do this because they are not constrained by a game therefore poly count is not an issue for them, nor how it behaves in a game, all they are doing is making it look the best they can.

If you remove doubles before decimating, it should not affect the shape of the mesh THAT much, especially when you're decimating from such a detailed model. The shape will change slightly but that's natural since you're lowering the amount of geometry, and things become less "round". I have decimated your mesh for you down to 1768 poly. I also merged meshgroups 1 and 2 together, so this new mesh will not fit your old project, but will work fine if you clone off of any EA sofa. You may need to redo the texture because with the old baking some of the parts of the decimated mesh are too black now. www.mediafire.com/download/wmsg32a2ptv9xax/sofa.blend
