HI was wonder for The Grand piano what would be a good Other Item that would be good for import for the new footprint for the Grand piano footprint to make it smaller since I keep get a error message saying that it I was going try a flower pot like a potted palm but got that message. would a chair work or some thing along that line. at first I tried a End table, but new that probably wasn't good choose ither I just was wondering if there was good idea for making the foot print a bit smaller. I had piano before but when I switched computer I must've accidently deleted it cause I checked the old computer. and this piano I'm working on is for working with one of my pose set. basical without the ft print being smaller an a bit of editing to the mesh shadow a bit, it makes my poses jump out of place once I let got go of the object in build/buy mode . once place wher i need it to be for the poses.

Hi Yuna, this error message will occur if you attempt to import a mesh that has a transform bone to overwrite a mesh that does not have a transform bone. The most common reason for this is trying to import your main mesh that has a transform bone to overwrite the shadow mesh which does not. The most common cause of that problem is a cut number mismatch. If this isn't enough to get you started fixing the issue please post your .package and your .blend and I can give a fuller answer that includes pictures.

www.mediafire.com/download/3dqod9lq34zsdbe/video.ziporangemittens this the ingame video to show how the same pose I used in the process of getting them to work before but because ither the ft print could be adjust so I could easily move my poses in with out having to change to much. And the same pose I used before are at same length they were before. when I made the pose's but they only just at as soon as I let go of the piano in Bb mode. is when they jump out then I have do the poses all over again XD.

Hi Yuna, the error message you are picturing in your first post is because of a problem with the mesh you were importing into the .package. The video you posted has nothing to do with the error message you received. Please stick with one topic per thread or else this is all going to become very confusing for everyone. This thread is about the error message you posted in your first post. That error is occurring because of a problem with the mesh you are importing to Studio. Please read my answer above and if it doesn't help you to solve that error post the .blend and the .package.

If you want to make the footprint smaller, you have no need to mess with the mesh at all, you need to change the footprint, either manually or find something with a smaller footprint and export that footprint and import it into your piano.

Hi Yuna, no worries...I just think it's less likely for us all to be talking about different things when we think we're talking about the same thing if we keep to one topic at a time. If you post your piano.package I can show you with illustrations what I mean about the cut numbers.

I think I'm understanding now what the issue is as far as the pose goes. I've answered you in the tutorial thread but I think what you're best off doing, if you plan to use this piano as a pose prop, is zero-ing the footprint out in the Warehouse. I posted a link to a tutorial showing how to do that in the tutorial thread.
