Brinkburn Entry Set

I am so happy to publish this here! This is my first completely new set; and I wouldn't have been able to do it with out you all - especially (but not limited to!) J and Brujah who helped me problem solve and orangemittens who has very useful tutorials!

Name: Brinkburn Hallway Table

Cost: 422

Category: Accent Tables

Colors: 10 wood colors - based on cherry (2 variations), walnut (2 variations), maple (2 variations), pine (2 variations), birch & ash. Wood texture is purposely varnished to a nice shine

Slots: 60 small/27 medium/21 large


Name: Brinkburn Mirror

Cost: 52

Colors: Same wood colors as the Brinkburn table above. Not as glossy.

Slots: 5 small slots on the shelf

Note: Made to move like a painting in game


Name: Brinkburn Plant

Cost:82

Note: 2 variations - smaller one is named the same as the larger, but includes the word small. Both plants are exactly the same, except one is smaller than the other.

Colors: 7 variations - 2 old clay, terracotta, 3 marbles & a blue ceramic glaze.

I am very happy to be able to share my second full set with you all here at the Sims 4 Studio creator forums! This set was much harder for me than the last; but I sure did learn a whole lot more (yay alpha channels!). With your help I managed to get them all below 1k poly and still looking pretty good. 

This is a rustic dining set with a table, chairs, a hutch, a light (with 3 heights) and a plant for your wall. All the woods are matched which each other and feature a wood texture inspired by reclaimed wood furniture. 

Of course, once again, this set wouldn't be possible without this forum (yay!), the many many helpful people here (including but not limited to, J, stevenssimsstuff, mathcope and orangemittens, who all helped me problem solve and learn more about Sims 4 objects), and the software itself. So a big thank you to you all here!

I hope you enjoy it; as usual, there are more preview pictures on my tumblr.

(3 height variations for low, medium & high walls)

Colors: 5 metal variations: patinated copper, copper, steel, gold-ish, & wrought iron. (Unfortunately when the lights are turned on the difference between the patinated copper, steel and wrought iron is hard to see). Includes glass bulbs. Light color set to warm yellow-ish - the above picture with 3 lamps was taken in a “white” room (same as my other pictures), so you can see the color.

~Rustic Spring Dining Decor Set~

I made this to go with my Tillage Set but really it can go with anything. All the pieces are clutter or plants and are there to brighten up your sim's life. They are all set to have no footprint so technically your sim could eat and not be disturbed. Once again I recieved wonderful help and guidance from the member's of this forum. In this project particularly, inabadromance, j, and mathcope helped me problem solve (I hope I didn't miss anyone!). Thank you!

Note! This comes in two sizes - standard EA table size and a longer version for cc tables that are a tad longer. It is meant to fit the Tillage Table (so it is made to that size) but the Tillage table is a little longer than normal; so I made a standard size one too.

Note! This is supposed to be placed on floor (not on table), but it will appear as if it is sitting on the table. You don’t need MOO on to put it on the table.

Mini Project #2 - Tray Table Du Jour



Here is one of the mini-projects I did while I was MIA (due to computer issues). It is a tray table with three legs. Categorized as Accent/End Table.
