I want to make a skin using Maxis skin as a base but all I find are skin details like freckles and moles, but no full body skin. I need the skin .dds file.

Hello there, the skin can be found in deltabuild.package you if i remember correctly its in delta build 1, if u want the adult female i can send u already extracted once.
Btw for each type you will need to edit 20 files, for example for adult male u need edit 20 files, that cause there are 20 textures for thin/fat/muscle...
