{Fulfilled!} Mod Request - No more fast blurry TV channels!

The latest patch (pretty sure it's the latest) now makes TV channels realistically "speed up" and become all blurry or wavy, indicating time is going too fast to portray what is happening on the screen. I thought I was going crazy or it was a glitch until I figured out it's just time speeding up.
I'm wondering if anyone can make a mod to let me, the Omnipotent Sim God, watch TV too even when I speed up time. I used to enjoy watching Sim TV over sim's shoulders, but now, all I get is squiggles while sims laugh at something they saw onscreen that feels like some inside joke, and I'm on the outside. I know, what a sob story.
It would probably be a really popular mod, I can't be the only one who misses watching sim TV while speeding up time, can I? Or perhaps someone knows of a mod that's already been created for this?
