I honestly have no idea what could cause this, other than perhaps the uv_1 or weight paint. I saw that the top and skirt* are not joined together, but I don't know what the difference would be. *just a heads up btw, I'm not sure youn-zoey allows frankenmeshes, as per their tou here ^_^ |

It could be a bone issue - You could try transferring the weights from a similar style Maxis dress and see what happens
