Hello! I've been trying to make an object transparent for awhile now and I've been having trouble with it. I'm fairly new to the really complicated aspects of the sims4studio (I know some basic stuff but not everything) I spent a lot of time looking through all the tutorials that mentioned or tried to explain what I was trying to do but they didn't work or didn't even match up when I tried to follow them. (Specifically this one: sims4studio.com/thread/1157/objects-glass-balloon-effect ) In short, I'm trying to make this gnome Into a ghost version like this gnome: I don't really need it to fade away like the ghost one does (Though it'd be awesome if there is a way I could), just see-through and ghostly. I Know how to edit textures, it's just the see-through-ness I'm having a lot of trouble with. I spent hours trying anything and everything I could understand and some that I still don't honestly understand. I even at one point thought I needed to edit the mesh in blender. Literally, desperate for any help as I have not a single clue what to do anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will love you forever, Mousie P.S. I need these for a series ♥

Hi Mousie!
I'm no pro at this particular issue but I think the easier option would be to clone the object that you want your's to look like and go from there. So best bet would be to clone the Ghost gnome and then just replace your meshes in Blender. Then you can go ahead and import your texture in and pay attention to how the original textures of the ghost gnome were made, i.e gradient alpha layer. Does that make sense?
Sorry if I confused you anymore.
