Hi, I've made a mesh, and it imports into s4s fine, but whenever I try to add a texture it wont line up properly on the mesh/sections go where they shouldn't be. I'm fairly sure its something wrong with my UV_0 but I cant make it work no matter what I try :( What have I missed? (I know the bone weight isn't right but I just assigned everything to Spine0 to get it to appear in game for testing) Hope this link works: linkThank youuuuu!

If you post the .blend I can take a look at it, it's most likely the uv map like you said

Took a quick look and yeah, the UV map would be the problem. I can try explaining further when I have access to another computer with photoshop so I can show you but the uv needs to be lined up with the body, they have to cover the same areas on the uv map that the clothing covers the body, super dumb explanation but if you export some EAxis clothing you can take a look at the uv there, I imagine it would be much trickier with completely new meshes but it shouldn't be impossible

okay, so I tried matching it up better and got the top half looking better. New problem though! I appended in some legs to sort the bottom half out but now the mesh has disappeared in s4s :'( The cut is still GEOM0000 and everything is still weighted so I'm confused why its gone? My UV now looks like this, is that correct?: New .blend here: 1drv.ms/1Q6Pm7lThank you for the help!

You only have one mesh group. The cut numbers should always be 1 number like ex...0, 1, 2, so forth depending on how many groups you have. What did you use as your clone from studio?

I just used the blank top I think, then imported the mesh and appended the bottoms. It was working until I appended the bottoms? Should I try cloning a complete EA item instead? Thank you

Do you have the original package and/or mesh? If it's not showing up in S4S it's probably because the cut number doesn't match, if the original mesh was 0001 or whatever, the new mesh needs to be the same, so you can check the original mesh and see what cut number it has

29,488 is way to many polys for an outfit, even removing doubles brings it back to 15698, which is double the amount of another outfit from the game I compared it too. The mesh looks like its from marvelous designer, which is not designed for creating game meshes.
