Hello, I need help with recoloring. When I recolor the hair normally, I try to import it into the studio, but it keeps telling me that my image size is 2000x4000, that the game requires 1024x2048. Please fix this and import again. I didn't change the image size at all. Just changed the color normally.

Hi kutija, the message is saying the image is an incorrect size. For CAS EA uses images that are 1024 x 2048 and I've seen some creators increase that to 2048 x 4096. Your image size has somehow been altered so that it is not correct. The game cannot accept the image unless it is one of the two sizes I've posted above so Studio will not take them. You need to resize the image so it is one of the two I listed.
