Adventure Time Finn Hat

Could anyone create a hat, like the one that Finn wears in Adventure time? That would be amazing, but I haven't found any online. Just a simple request, as I can't make meshes. It's too complicated for me, sorry. It looks a little bit like this:




However, if someone could walk me through, step by step, I could try and turn the Sims 4 hot dog hat into a Finn hat by adding the little ears as it already is basically really close, but I'm no good at meshing.
