For one if you want it not to be shred then why not recolor it yourself? His/Her TOU is "Please don't retexture my hair with the mesh included." So as long as the mesh is not included it is ok to recolor. But to ask someone to do the work and not share it is kind of imo not right. If someone does the work they should be able to show off what they did.
