Hi i saw several great Sims 4 outfits, with blinking light effects in the net. I had this idea, about a steady light effect. A outfit with blue or red stripes like in Tron. Is it doable in Sims 4?  |

UN's tutorial shows how to regulate the light effect to alter the rate of blinking..."Permanent light is defined by Pure black Alpha = 0% Brightness". Which I'm sure you saw but just for anyone else reading this thread. |
