I haven't written one specific for objects. Open an EA stove LOD in Blender. Select the stove mesh group and go into Edit Mode. Click n on your keyboard to get the side bar menu and put a check in the show weights box. Switch to smooth shading. Click the little inverted triangle and look at the joint list. Click on a joint. Vertices of the mesh that are assigned to that joint will turn red. Vertices that are not assigned to that joint will be blue. Click on each joint to see how EA's stove is set up. Generally, the entire mesh except for the moving parts will be assigned to the transform bone. The moving parts will be assigned to a door joint or a baking sheet joint. You need to make your mesh have the same exact layout. This picture is one I showed someone who was working on a fridge but the steps are exactly the same no matter what object you're working with. Here you see the fridge mesh is mostly blue while the door is red. The joint selected is the bind_doorR joint. This means that the door is assigned to that joint and the rest of the fridge is not. If I click the transformBone joint the fridge will turn red and the door will turn blue.
