i tried everything but nothing works. previous version work just fine . can anyone help me out pls?
go to your C drive you'll see program files x86. create a new folder IN YOUR :C DRIVE called program files x68 .
create a folder in it called electronic arts and move your sims 4 game into that folder
*Create folder Program Files x68
*Create electronic arts folder in Program files x68
*Move your sims 4 folder into the Electronic arts folder
-NOTE : you can either move your sims 4 folder in there or you could create copy of it. Creating a copy is better . just incase something goes wrong-
so instead of
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
you need to create a another folder in your :C drive!
do not delete PROGRAM FILES X86 ! DO NOT!
C:\Program Files (x68)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
