Hey fellas,me again. I took a break from meshing clothes and now I'm working on body shapes in Blender. I'm wondering if we can create custom body shapes for Sims 4 sims. I really liked the idea of doing this in Sims 2,so I thought maybe i can add a custom shape to my game,if it is possible. (probably not) And i'm also curious about one more thing. In Sims 3,there are many fancy shoes like these ones ;  So I wonder why we don't have them in Sims 4 yet. I'm thinking about if the creators haven't found out the way to create fancy things but it is only my idea and i wonder the real cause. Ehm,i'm also not sure about the topic's place but.. Lets see  |

I can't answer to your question 'cause I'm a real noob at cc creating at the moment, I'm here just to appreciate how cool are those "14" shoes, I'd die to have such in my game lol \O/

I've never used those shoes in s3, but to my knowledge, those shoes are sunk in the floor and only used for taking pictures. because you can grab the sim, and place it in an OMSP to raise it above the ground. We can't do that in s4 yet.

Ive made high heel boots, that's achieved by lifting the foot up and rotating the the toes back down to the ground.
To make thicker soles you have to literally shorten the calf, and you can tell cos it looks funny, essential she has midget legs. Also those tsr shoes you can see the ankle seam (Its been photsshopped out and also thats why there is no in game screen shots), boots would not have that problem because it is hidden.

We definitely can, depending on what you're looking for. There are already various cleavage and nose mask mods that give an entirely new appearance than the default EA skin, as overlays. There are also various mesh mods that change/enhance body parts, such as 3D nipples, male genitals, butts, feet and so on. untraditionalnerd made the feet mod. |

I thought about converting shoes as I did a lot with Sims 2 but decided to download's Madlen's from TSR instead. It's much harder to do because of the UV_1 map.
MASims (MrAntioneddu) shoes have lines around the ankles and don't work with morphs.
As for bodyshapes - the only I know who has succeeded with Sims 3 is BobbyTH who made the GND shape. Not seen her anywhere for so long, not sure if she plans to create for Sims 4 or not.

The artist may of got better now I wouldn't know, I dislike going anywhere near TSR the ads jam my browser up. |
