Lanie, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's unlikely that anyone will make all those hairs for you - long intricate hairstyles are very hard and very time-consuming to make, especially for TS4 because unlike TS2 and TS3, TS4 doesn't allow for alpha editing of hairs (the ability to make realistic-looking individual strands of hair) rather than it looking like a big solid lump of plastic like the default TS4 hairs do. Creation for TS4 is in its early stages and there's not a good solution to this problem yet. Some creators have converted long intricate TS2 and TS3 hairs for TS4 but their meshes have to use a 'Glass' shader (like you would use for glasses) rather than the default hair shader in order to let individual strands show - but, this has the effect of the hair looking like glass and having weird shiny spots and other problems such as layers showing through each other. But, if you don't mind having hairs with those possible problems, you can look through the hair sections of My Sims 4 Blog to see if someone has converted anything similar to what you're looking for. Best of luck - hope you find something there that you can use! ETA: There are some long curly ones here, in particular - maybe one or two of those could be suitable? mysims4blog.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/Hair%20-%20Curly

www.dropbox.com/s/gyspqk3kftdg3q0/-Princess-Merida-Cos.jpg?dl=0 www.dropbox.com/s/kj2nb25pm7v5rtg/loreley-hair-very-long-curly-11loreleycolors.jpg?dl=0- these both is really complicated and can not be created with too much curls for sims 4. It will be high polygonal and game will not render it :( www.dropbox.com/s/jghzs7u2larzu9a/curly_hair_style_long.jpg?dl=0 - this one too, curls can not be created without transparency issues. I just published something a bit similar, but wavy: 2.bp.blogspot.com/-lEKjrOWtsRc/VJ5pvo04RTI/AAAAAAAFwSk/Nfe9zDSJA-E/s1600/w-600h-450-2538755.jpgThis one can be created I think but without braids, or make braids like planes and texture:https://www.dropbox.com/s/1rklb5ijpxe69q4/1402683831_daenerys-targaryen-emilia-clarke-game-of-thrones-zoom.jpg?dl=0 This one is also curly on the tips, but can be created as wavy and again without braids: www.dropbox.com/s/zbb791eu5hllep1/21-Wedding-hairstyles-for-long-hair-pictures.jpg?dl=0This hair is looks like one from Cazy's wavy for Sims 4, but have a bit different forehead part and can be created: www.dropbox.com/s/c5zza7gf9hqf8n2/Princess_Leia_Long_Hair.jpg?dl=0But at all if someone will make shader for game - for creating braids and curls without issues, i think a half of these hairs will can be made by creators. I personally like this one, but so pity that it can be created without braids nowadays. www.dropbox.com/s/1rklb5ijpxe69q4/1402683831_daenerys-targaryen-emilia-clarke-game-of-thrones-zoom.jpg?dl=0That is why I will not take it as order, so sorry. If someone will create shader - i will can create this ponytail. But you can try also to leave order in PM to Skysims on TSR, maybe she will can create some of them, maybe braids as planes+texture...she made that once in Sims 3..and maybe she will can make it in S4 again.

But at all if someone will make shader for game - for creating braids and curls without issues, i think a half of these hairs will can be made by creators. Yes, that's the big problem - it's possible to make most of those hair meshes, although it would be very hard work and very time-consuming. But in TS4, we don't have the necessary shader to make those hairs look right. I tried converting my two most popular TS3 hairs for TS4, which both consist of numerous square-shaped mesh layers which need a hair shader that allows alpha. I tried using the glass shader that many TS4 hair creators use because that shader lets us have alpha, but the hairs looked terrible, with all the layers showing through each other, and all glassy-looking. I had to give up. And those were just short men's hairs, not long fancy complicated women's hairs! I really hope some clever coder will be able to come up with a modified shader that will let us make hair that doesn't have to be a solid lump, but until then, we're pretty much out of luck.
