Modding request: New Careers

I may (or may not ) be the only one, but I would like to have a bigger variety of careers to choose from, in my game.
Children go to school but there are no teachers, we have spas but no careers for that.
We have gardens, but no landscapers.
The sims talk about their political views, but their are no politicians around......though that may be considered a good thing....

I can go on and on..... 

So, what I basically wants to know, can careers be created or are there creators out there already who will take requests for new careers?

Edit: I have found the Careers mods by Zerbu on his tumblr. But I am not actually referring to those.

I am looking for more closed careers, if possible.
