I tried so many times. So I'm still new to Sims 4 Studio, so I'm just doing simple stuff. I'm trying to re-texture a hair, but each time it comes up with an error. I'm doing a png file but it comes up with and error. Help!

Hi gracethenerd, can you zip up the image that you're trying to import and post a link to the zip?

Hi gracethenerd, the problem is that your texture is the wrong size and has no transparency. All CAS items need an image that is 1024x2048 with a transparent background and the texture must be in a specific part of the image depending on the type of item. There is a tutorial HERE that shows this for hair. If you look at steps 7-10, it will show you how your image needs to look. We will fix the error message so that it is more clear
